大明弘治年一兩紋銀是我國最早發行的仿西土制銀元，開創了我國仿西銀元的先河。此幣正面中鐫楷書直讀“大明弘治年”五字，兩側分列“紋銀”、“一兩”。背文中鐫篆書“壽”字。楷篆兩體，端莊娟秀。
