【前言】
2021年是我國“兩個一百年”奮斗目標(biāo)的歷史交匯期，也是全面開啟 社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家建設(shè)新征程的重要機(jī)遇期，更是推進(jìn)文化強(qiáng)國建設(shè)高 質(zhì)量發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期。國家“十四五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃和2035年遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo)綱要指出，要加強(qiáng)優(yōu)秀文化作品生產(chǎn)傳播，健全現(xiàn)代文化產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，提升公共文化服務(wù)水平。為深入貫徹落實文化強(qiáng)國建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，加快推進(jìn)國內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)交流發(fā)展，中國傳統(tǒng)文化促進(jìn)會定于2021年10月17日至20日在海南博鰲亞洲論壇國際會議中心組織召開“2021博鰲中國傳統(tǒng)文化高峰論壇”。
本屆論壇以“弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化、賦能時代發(fā)展、引領(lǐng)文化潮流”為宗旨，以宣傳推廣中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為目標(biāo)，探索中華文化創(chuàng)新發(fā)展新思路，致力于向世界展示中華文化五千年的歷史傳承、弘揚(yáng)新時期中華文化的時代內(nèi)涵、傳播創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化及創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展的思路愿景。本屆論壇由開幕式、全體大會、展覽展示、主旨論壇、專項活動等內(nèi)容組成，多維度展示中華文化新時代優(yōu)秀成果。

《藝術(shù)家代表 —— 盧承豪新聞報道》
盧承豪，字浙西游子，號風(fēng)嘯軒主人。1962年出生于浙江衢州。現(xiàn)為國家一級美術(shù)師，中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，衢州市美術(shù)家協(xié)會副主席，江蘇省國畫院特聘畫師、吳冠中藝術(shù)館特聘畫師，中國書畫研究院副院長，中國書畫學(xué)會副主席，世界華人美術(shù)學(xué)會副主席。中國國畫家協(xié)會常務(wù)理事，中國書法研究院藝術(shù)委員，江南畫虎研究院院長，中國人民大學(xué)畫院教授，北京人民畫院院士、杭州畫院院外畫師、福建東方書畫院特聘終身、常務(wù)理事、客座教授，新加坡新神州藝術(shù)院特聘高級名譽(yù)院士。
自幼習(xí)畫，先后得到江浙滬等地書畫名師的教導(dǎo)，擅長寫意花鳥、走獸，尤善畫虎。作品多次入選中國美協(xié)、文化部等國家機(jī)構(gòu)主辦的全國畫展并獲獎。作品被《美術(shù)報》、《中國書畫報》、《中國畫家》、《藝術(shù)與收藏》、《中國當(dāng)代書畫名家大典》、《當(dāng)代美術(shù)三十年》等專業(yè)書刊專題介紹。
近年來，作品分別被毛主席紀(jì)念堂、國家博物館、中國美術(shù)館、中央軍委、外交部等機(jī)構(gòu)和組織及港、澳、臺地區(qū)和歐美等友好人士收藏。
盧承豪畢業(yè)于中國美術(shù)學(xué)院國畫系花鳥專業(yè)；畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院；王申勇、鄭雅風(fēng)工筆畫鳥走獸專項研修班；畢業(yè)中國畫創(chuàng)作研究中心國展班。擅長中國花鳥、走獸畫，尤擅畫虎。作品多次在中國美協(xié)、文化部等國家機(jī)構(gòu)主辦的全國國展中入選并獲獎。先后在南京、江蘇、杭州、天津、北京、上海、廣州、衢州、金華等地（美術(shù)館、博物館）成功舉辦個人及聯(lián)展、受到書畫名家及同仁們的一致高度好評。
藝術(shù)簡歷：
2006年作品《雪中雙雄》入選中國美協(xié)主辦的紀(jì)念李苦禪大師紀(jì)念館開館暨全國書畫提名展。
2009年被中國美術(shù)協(xié)會、中國收藏家鑒賞協(xié)會評為“當(dāng)代最具學(xué)術(shù)價值與市場潛力的畫家”。
2009年作品多幅被中央軍委出訪美國作為國禮被奧巴馬總統(tǒng)收藏。
2012年作品《靜臥蓄雄風(fēng)》入選中國美協(xié)主辦的“吳冠中”藝術(shù)館開館,暨全國中國畫作品展。
2014年作品《臥虎圖》入選紀(jì)念任伯年第二屆全國書畫展。
2015年《祥和圖》在中國美協(xié)主辦紀(jì)念潘茲誕辰100周年全國中國畫展，并榮獲優(yōu)秀獎（最高獎）。
2016年作品《古井記憶》入選中美協(xié)會主辦的“逐夢威海衛(wèi)”全國中國畫展。
2016年作品《天倫之樂》入選中國美協(xié)主辦的第三屆“八荒神通”一哈爾濱美術(shù)雙年展(中國畫)。
2016年作品《農(nóng)家樂》在中國美協(xié)主辦“吉祥草原”2016全國中國畫展中并獲入會資格（優(yōu)秀獎）。
2016年《失落的家園》在中國美協(xié)主辦的“丹青揚(yáng)州”全國中國畫（花鳥）畫展中，獲得入會資格（最高獎）。
Lu Chenghao, the word West Zhejiang Youzi, No. Fengxiaoxuan owner. He was born in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province in 1962. He is now a national first-class artist, a member of China artists Association, a vice chairman of Quzhou artists Association, a specially appointed painter of Jiangsu Academy of traditional Chinese painting, a special painter of Wu Guanzhong Art Museum, vice president of Chinese painting and calligraphy Research Institute, and vice chairman of Chinese calligraphy and painting Association. vice Chairman of the World Chinese Fine Arts Association. Executive director of Chinese traditional painters association, art committee member of Chinese calligraphy academy, dean of Jiangnan painting tiger research institute, professor of painting academy of Renmin university of china, academician of people's painting academy of Beijing, external painter of Hangzhou painting academy, specially appointed lifetime, executive director and visiting professor of Fujian oriental calligraphy and painting academy, senior honorary academician of Singapore new Shenzhou art academy.
Learning painting from an early age, he has been taught by famous calligraphy and painting teachers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. He is good at freehand brushwork, flowers, birds and animals, especially at painting tigers. His works have been selected for many times in the national painting exhibitions sponsored by the China artists Association, the Ministry of Culture and other state institutions and won awards. His works have been introduced by professional books and periodicals, such as Fine Arts Daily, Chinese painting and calligraphy Daily, Chinese Painters, Art and Collection, Chinese Contemporary painting and calligraphers ceremony, Contemporary Art Thirty years, and so on.
In recent years, his works have been collected by Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, the National Museum, China gallery, the Central military Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other institutions and organizations, as well as friendly people from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Europe and the United States.
Lu Chenghao graduated from the Flower and Bird Department of the China Academy of Fine Arts; from the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University; from Wang Shenyong and Zheng Yafeng's special workshop on birds and animals in meticulous brushwork; and from the national exhibition class of the Chinese painting creation Research Center. He is good at painting Chinese flowers, birds and animals, especially at drawing tigers. His works have been selected and won prizes in the national exhibitions sponsored by the China artists Association, the Ministry of Culture and other state institutions. He has successfully held individual and joint exhibitions in Nanjing, Jiangsu, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Quzhou, Jinhua and other places (gallery, Museum), which have been highly praised by calligraphers and colleagues.

In 2006, the work "Shuangxiong in the Snow" was selected into the National painting and calligraphy nomination Exhibition to commemorate the opening of the Memorial Hall of Master Li Kuchen sponsored by the China artists Association.
In 2009, it was rated as "the contemporary painter with the most academic value and market potential" by the China Art Association and the Chinese Collector appreciation Association.
In 2009, a number of works were collected by President Obama as a national gift when the Central military Commission visited the United States.
In 2012, the work "recumbent male style" was selected as the opening of the Wu Guanzhong Art Museum and the national exhibition of Chinese paintings sponsored by the China artists Association.
In 2014, the work Crouching Tiger was selected to commemorate the second National painting and calligraphy Exhibition of Ren Bonian.
In 2015, "Xianghe Picture" hosted a national Chinese painting exhibition to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Panzi's birth in the China artists Association, and won the Excellence Award (the highest prize).
In 2016, the work "memory of Gujing" was selected into the national Chinese painting exhibition "Weihaiwei after Dreams" sponsored by the Sino-American Association.
In 2016, the work "the Joy of Family" was selected into the third "eight Wild Avatar"-Harbin Art Biennale (Chinese painting) sponsored by the China artists Association.
The 2016 work "Nongjiale" won the qualification (Excellence Award) in the 2016 National Chinese painting Exhibition "auspicious Prairie" sponsored by the Chinese artists Association.
In 2016, "the lost Home" won the membership qualification (the highest prize) in the National Chinese painting (Flowers and Birds) Exhibition of "Danqing Yangzhou" sponsored by the China artists Association.
