趙完璧，四川南充縣人，自幼酷愛藝術(shù)，十六歲進(jìn)張瀾先生主辦的南充舊制中學(xué)藝術(shù)班，1927年入上海新華藝術(shù)大學(xué)，得潘天壽、諸聞韻精心指導(dǎo)。回川后曾任國立成都師范大學(xué)藝術(shù)系教授，四川私立美專教授。
Zhao Wanbi, from Nanchong County, Sichuan Province, loved art since childhood. At the age of 16, he entered the art class of Nanchong old middle school hosted by Mr. Zhang Lan. In 1927, he entered Shanghai Xinhua Art University and was carefully guided by Pan Tianshou and Zhu Wenyun. After returning to Sichuan, he once served as a professor in the Art Department of national Chengdu Normal University and a professor in Sichuan private art college.

1938年創(chuàng)辦四川私立岷云藝專任校長(zhǎng)至解放。后為省政協(xié)五屆委員會(huì)委員，四川省文史研究館館員，趙完璧成名于二十世紀(jì)早期，早在上世紀(jì)40年代，就與齊白石、張大千齊名，當(dāng)時(shí)有“齊蝦趙鴨張山水”之稱，可惜趙完璧卻沒有齊白石、張大千兩位大師的幸運(yùn)。
In 1938, he founded Sichuan private minyunyi full-time principal until liberation. Later, he was a member of the Fifth Committee of the provincial CPPCC and a librarian of Sichuan Cultural and historical research Museum. Zhao Wanbi became famous in the early 20th century. As early as the 1940s, he was as famous as Qi Baishi and Zhang Daqian. At that time, he was known as "Qi shrimp, Zhao duck and Zhang landscape". Unfortunately, Zhao Wanbi was not lucky as Qi Baishi and Zhang Daqian.
