中華民國(guó)開(kāi)國(guó)紀(jì)念幣是由民國(guó)發(fā)行的一款紀(jì)念銅錢(qián)，正面“中華民國(guó)開(kāi)國(guó)紀(jì)念幣”字樣，十文，背面交叉龍旗。1911年辛亥革命取得勝利，并在1912年元旦宣布成立了中國(guó)民國(guó)，民國(guó)的正式成立也標(biāo)志著兩千多年的封建君主制度正式完結(jié)，中國(guó)歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)入了嶄新的一頁(yè)。因此為了紀(jì)念中華民國(guó)的成立，特別發(fā)行了中華民國(guó)開(kāi)國(guó)紀(jì)念幣十文銅幣，取代之前清朝時(shí)期所發(fā)行的銅元。

此枚錢(qián)幣正面中央圖案為“十八星鐵血旗”和“五色國(guó)旗”交叉而立、旗后有纓帶，錢(qián)幣圈外上部書(shū)中華民國(guó);左右飾有花紋;下方為開(kāi)國(guó)紀(jì)念幣;背面則鐫“十文”標(biāo)明幣值，左右圖案則為稻穗組成嘉禾紋;此枚錢(qián)幣保存完整，包漿渾厚，流通使用痕跡明顯。
