劉海青,國家一級美術師,張大千再傳弟子,畫風師承胡若思、李可染,中國國務外事國賓禮特供藝術家,中國當代水墨山水大家。現任文華閣國禮書畫院副院長,中國書畫藝術研究院終身研究員,中國書畫藝術研究會理事,中國華夏萬里書畫家協會理事,中華慈善總會愛心慈善大使。
