【藏品簡介】：“光緒元寶”是中國早的機(jī)制幣，是中國近代機(jī)制幣中的十大名譽(yù)品之一，俗稱“龍洋”，因錢幣背面一般鑄有龍紋而得名。其具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和歷史意義，且加上清末、民國戰(zhàn)亂連連等因素，一些較珍貴的光緒元寶品種存世量已稀少，收藏價值高。許多收藏家對它趨之若鶩，爭相起價。光緒元寶是由兩廣總督張之洞率先引入英國鑄幣機(jī)器,因機(jī)器鑄造的錢幣比以前方孔錢幣制造精巧,遍及遭到市場商家的贊譽(yù),在流轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)節(jié)上比較順利,隨即清政府號令沿海各省允許仿制,當(dāng)時鑄造光緒元寶的當(dāng)?shù)鼐陀惺偶抑唷３醒霊舨浚胤绞∷T銅元，皆在其正面上緣鐫寫省名。
[introduction to collection]: "Guangxu Yuanbao" is an early machine-made coin in China. It is one of the ten most famous products in modern Chinese machine-made coin. It is commonly known as "Longyang". It is named after the dragon pattern on the back of the coin. It is of great practical and historical significance. In addition to the war in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, some precious varieties of Guangxu Yuanbao are rare in the world and have high collection value. Many collectors are flocking to it, competing for the starting price. Guangxu Yuanbao was first introduced into England by Zhang Zhidong, governor of Guangdong and Guangxi provinces. Because the coins made by the machine were more exquisite than those made by square hole coins before, they were praised by the merchants in the market, and the circulation was relatively smooth. Then the Qing government ordered the coastal provinces to allow imitation. At that time, there were as many as 19 local mints of Guangxu Yuanbao. In addition to the central household department, the copper coins of local provinces are engraved with the name of the province on the front edge.
此枚湖南省造光緒元寶當(dāng)十，正面鑄有銘文，頂部鑄楷體“湖南省造”，底部“通元”，中心直讀“光緒元寶”四字，幣中心為滿文“光緒元寶”。銅幣幣背面外圈頂部用小號英文標(biāo)準(zhǔn)字體銘湖南省造字樣，內(nèi)圈鑄有中心為蟠龍圖，品相精致，其審美風(fēng)格獨(dú)持，錢幣正面鮮然可見滿漢文化的融合，而錢背卻明確標(biāo)示了西方文化的介入。錢幣雖小，也可管窺社會文化一斑。
The coin is made in Hunan Province with inscription on the front, regular script "made in Hunan Province" on the top, Tongyuan on the bottom, four characters of "Guangxu Yuanbao" in the center and Manchu "Guangxu Yuanbao" in the center. On the back of the coin, the top of the outer ring is inscribed with the words "made in Hunan Province" in small English standard font, and the inner ring is engraved with the picture of Panlong in the center, with exquisite appearance and unique aesthetic style. The fusion of Manchu and Han culture is rarely seen on the front of the coin, while the back of the coin clearly indicates the intervention of western culture. Although the coin is small, it can also have a glimpse of social culture.
