王孝誠(chéng)，字一山，齋號(hào)亦然舍。中國(guó)工藝美術(shù)大師、國(guó)畫家、 世界華人藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)理事、世界文化藝術(shù)研究中心研究員、中國(guó)民間藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)內(nèi)畫藝術(shù)委員會(huì)副主任、中國(guó)工藝美術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員、山東書法家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、山東工藝美術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)內(nèi)畫專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任，山東工藝美院兼職教授、青島大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院兼職教授。

1945年生于博山，1958年經(jīng)考試進(jìn)入博山美術(shù)琉璃廠內(nèi)畫組跟張文堂、薛京萬(wàn)老藝人學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)畫。1975年調(diào)干就學(xué)，畢業(yè)于浙江美術(shù)學(xué)院。
1961年改革百年相傳的內(nèi)畫竹畫筆為內(nèi)畫狼毫筆, 為中國(guó)內(nèi)畫發(fā)展作出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。1971年首創(chuàng)《水滸一百單八將》特細(xì)內(nèi)畫畫面, 在廣交會(huì)引起轟動(dòng)。
He was born in Boshan in 1945. In 1958, he entered the interior painting group of Boshan art glass factory after examination. He studied inner painting with old artists Zhang Wentang and Xue jingwan. He was transferred to school in 1975 and graduated from Zhejiang Academy of fine arts.
In 1961, the bamboo brush, which has been handed down for a hundred years, is a Langhao brush, which has made great contributions to the development of Chinese interior painting. In 1971, he first created the "Water Margin 100 single Eight Generals", which caused a sensation in the Canton Fair.

畫家的最高境界是什么？當(dāng)然就是著名畫家王孝誠(chéng)的師法自然的修養(yǎng)境界。他畫松柳成趣雅，畫山水制奇韻，一支畫筆構(gòu)骨而立質(zhì)，沒(méi)骨成精彩，在長(zhǎng)年的丹青藝術(shù)修煉進(jìn)程中，王孝誠(chéng)已經(jīng)得自然之涵養(yǎng)，達(dá)到了筆墨心通，一氣呵成精彩的丹青水準(zhǔn)。王孝誠(chéng)的丹青視野非常廣泛，于自然之境隨擷一物，皆可入畫框而成定格精品。其中又極善畫多枝植物和肥葉塘荷，也極善文人山水構(gòu)繪。他用堅(jiān)實(shí)的工藝美術(shù)功底，合成自己豐富的寫生積淀，繪制丹青，藝術(shù)美與裝飾美通成一體，自成一派，打上了非常個(gè)性化的藝術(shù)標(biāo)簽，有新派開宗的丹青造詣。

王孝誠(chéng)繪畫，善施精至繁筆，意境舒闊，筆法卻相當(dāng)致密?？蠢L畫品質(zhì)，首看筆法之工，大師齊白石、李可染、關(guān)山月，雖然皆是寫意大師，但是寫意的另一面卻是精工巨匠。特別是齊白石工筆小蟬，謂之絕技。王孝誠(chéng)山水和植繪作品，亦顯繁筆精工，造型精確，質(zhì)成活性，他的丹青筆法一是不自欺，二是不欺人，三是不欺世，一路傳承大師明示，趨成大師新功，可謂是朝起而學(xué)，暮研不止，筆耕無(wú)輟，筆技如癡。
王孝誠(chéng)植物繪品，不取一枝一葉，不畏繁雜，取大而全，有整體構(gòu)制，成大統(tǒng)境界，所以可以通過(guò)他的一幅作品整觀春秋，而不是一枝一葉的單薄與乏味。別人制一幅畫，眨眼可成，虛功太多的原因。王孝誠(chéng)繪一幅作品，數(shù)月精工，實(shí)功歷歷，一目了然，所以他的繪畫作品通常是枝、葉、干，天、地、氣的所有，不是單音符，而是合奏曲。情動(dòng)人，景宜人，仰而一觀，十分悅目，相當(dāng)動(dòng)心。他的植繪作品，皆可成畫譜之功。照王孝誠(chéng)植繪作品修丹青，事半功倍，佳績(jī)可成。功高為師，造詣可敬。

Wang Xiaocheng is good at painting. He is good at applying fine and complicated brushwork. His artistic conception is broad, but his brushwork is quite dense. Judging from the quality of painting, the first thing to see is the skill of brushwork. Although the masters Qi Baishi, Li Keran and Guan Shanyue are masters of freehand brushwork, they are masters of fine craftsmanship. In particular, Qi Baishi's Meticulous Brushwork of cicada is called his unique skill. Wang Xiaocheng's landscape and plant painting works also show exquisite brushwork, precise modeling and active quality. His painting techniques are not deceiving himself, others, and the world.
