劉世全，1964年生于重慶萬州，現(xiàn)居深圳。自號陽光，幼受父熏染，深愛書畫及雕刻。在中學教學過程中，深研書畫理論并堅持長期臨摹名家名作，特別是在玻璃雕花工藝制作過程中，受名師指點，雕繪技藝愈加嫻熟，后來由于長期堅持勤摹苦研，在書畫藝術中有傳承和創(chuàng)新。
