『中華書畫藏寶于民工程』是 由中國美術(shù)家書畫院、將軍書畫院、中國收藏聯(lián)合會共同發(fā)起的一項利民工程，志在推動和促進(jìn)文化繁榮。 為響應(yīng)國家提出的文化興國這一偉大號召，使中華書畫珍品藏寶于民。我院聯(lián)合國內(nèi)多家權(quán)威書畫院和收藏機(jī)構(gòu)，邀請了四位近當(dāng)代畫壇宗師再傳弟子，四位大師歷 時一年，傾心繪制出四大畫派和大師最具代表性佳作集結(jié)成冊，面向社會公開發(fā)行。切實落實了藏寶于民工程的宗旨，獲得了海內(nèi)外文化界，以及國家文化、文物機(jī) 構(gòu)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和專家的一致好評。“中華書畫藏寶于民工程”三期項目《國寶國畫四大家真跡合集》耀世而生。

張鴻旭 ，中華書畫藏寶于民工程理事黑龍江齊齊哈爾人，著名畫家，國畫大師黃胄再傳弟子。國畫世家，其舅父為著名畫家楊秀坤，現(xiàn)任中國華僑畫院副院長。被評為“中國畫 壇百杰”。中國當(dāng)代丹頂鶴繪畫第一人，作品多以丹頂鶴為主，對丹頂鶴的刻畫入木三分無人能及?，F(xiàn)任中國 華僑畫院副院長、中國華僑文學(xué)藝術(shù)家協(xié)會理事、澳中文聯(lián)理事、清 華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院訪問學(xué)者。作品多次在國內(nèi)外舉辦聯(lián)展、個展等多種展覽,并由毛主席紀(jì)念堂、中央直屬管理局、中國集郵總公司、中國佛教協(xié)會江蘇能仁寺等部門 機(jī)構(gòu)及私人收藏，曾出版《張鴻旭畫集》，系《新時期文藝三十年》介紹的68位美術(shù)大家之一。為《文藝報》推薦的“中國畫壇百杰”之一。

李成軍，中華書畫藏寶于民工程理事徐悲鴻再傳弟子。山東人，1971年生人，字馬癡。曾師從當(dāng)代繪畫大師馮法祀。自幼習(xí)畫，尤善畫馬。被譽為中國畫馬第一人，曾榮獲中國畫馬圣手稱號?，F(xiàn)任將軍書畫院副院長，濟(jì)南藝術(shù)學(xué)院教授。李 成軍多年來一直對徐悲鴻的畫馬技法潛心研究，手摩心追二十余載，從師于國際鴻馬研究會主席馮法祀指教，畫 藝精湛。曾在濟(jì)南“悲鴻走天下”全國巡回展，中日書畫大展等各種國內(nèi)國際大賽中屢獲金銀獎項。作品被國內(nèi)外眾多博物館、藝術(shù)館及私人收藏家收藏。其作品獲 筆墨靈動，造型嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，神駿氣昂，深得其徐悲鴻大師畫馬精髓。
