蕭耀南（1875—1926），字珩珊、衡山，因其祖籍浙江蘭陵，也常被人稱為蕭蘭陵，1875年出生于黃岡縣孔埠鎮蕭家大灣（今屬武漢市新洲區）。北洋政府時期，歷任第二十五師師長，湖北督軍、兩湖巡閱使，湖北省省長等職。1924年，蕭耀南撥款五十萬慶祝五十壽辰，在武漢鑄造兩湖巡閱使蕭耀南五秩紀念幣。
