黑便士紅便士藍便士英國“黑便士”郵票是世界上第一枚郵票，發(fā)明者是英國人羅蘭·希爾（世界郵票之父），啟用于1840年5月6日，這一天后來被定為郵票誕生日。“黑便士”在印刷上采用了當時歐美國家印制鈔票時已普遍采用的最先進的雕刻版印刷工藝，并使用了難以仿造的皇冠水印紙。
