Background and coinage process
自1935年11月4日實(shí)行法幣起，孫像鎳輔幣伴隨法幣應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。1936年1月11日國(guó)民政府公布《輔幣條例》：第—條規(guī)定了輔幣之鑄造專屬于中央造幣廠。第二條規(guī)定了鎳輔幣成色為純鎳，拾分鎳幣直徑21毫米，重4.5克；廿分鎳幣直徑24毫米，重6克，成色鎳58%，銅35%，鋅17%。第八條規(guī)定了偽造輔幣及妨害輔幣信用者，依法懲治。
Since the introduction of French currency on November 4, 1935, sunxiang nickel coins came into being with the French currency. Article 2 stipulates that the fineness of nickel coins is pure nickel, with a diameter of 21 mm and a weight of 4.5 g; a 20 Fen nickel coin, with a diameter of 24 mm and a weight of 6 g, is 58% of nickel, 35% of copper and 17% of zinc. Article 8 stipulates that those who forge secondary currency and impair its credit shall be punished according to law.
據(jù)《上海造幣廠志》等資料記載，1935年12月21日上海中央造幣廠開始生產(chǎn)伍分、拾分和廿分三種鎳輔幣，次年3月1日流通市場(chǎng)。當(dāng)時(shí)鎳原料國(guó)內(nèi)無生產(chǎn)條件，因此鎳片、坯餅及部分成品均向美國(guó)和奧地利廠商訂購(gòu)，部分鎳餅向美國(guó)斯克威公司訂購(gòu)。鑄幣所用原模由意大利人L。喬奇雕刻，壓印模具由美國(guó)費(fèi)城造幣廠制造
孫像鎳幣是法幣的輔幣，正面為孫中山先生側(cè)面像和民國(guó)紀(jì)年，背面為布幣圖及面值。該輔幣1936年開鑄，至1943年停鑄，于1949年退出流通，
現(xiàn)實(shí)收藏表明，在流通過的孫像鎳幣中，因存世量稀少，民國(guó)28年伍分(圖4)、31年十分(圖5)、30年半圓(圖6)被冠之以三大天王。其中以民國(guó)30年半圓鎳幣最為珍貴，號(hào)稱三大天王之首。次之為民國(guó)28年伍分、31年十分，也存在一定的收藏難度。

It was withdrawn from circulation in 1949,The actual collection shows that in the circulation of sunxiang nickel coins, due to the scarcity of the world, Wu Fen (Fig. 4), 31-10 (Fig. 5) and 30-year semicircle (Fig. 6) were crowned as three heavenly kings. Among them, the half round nickel coin in the 30 years of the Republic of China is the most precious, known as the head of the three heavenly kings. The second is Wufen in the 28th year of the Republic of China and the tenth in the 31st year of the Republic of China.
近日有幸征集到民國(guó)三十一年孫像布幣半圓，廿分~該幣鑄造于民國(guó)31年（即1942年）正面為國(guó)父孫中山側(cè)身肖像，人物精神飽滿，五官刻畫工藝極為細(xì)致，立體感強(qiáng)，錢幣上緣內(nèi)部為鑄造年份，文字挺拔有力，邊框飾以傳統(tǒng)回紋，排列疏密得當(dāng)一絲不茍；背面中央圖案是中國(guó)古代貨幣方足布，左右兩邊為幣值，邊齒采用直齒邊，整體布局安排合理工整，制作工藝精湛
