孤品色天青，傳世珍稀震驚。橢圓器形唱黃鐘，口沿含蓄包容，素面無紋書卷氣，疏朗溫和神秘。釉潤簡潔誰媲，汝窯名貫天際。汝窯一向被人們列為宋代五大名窯之首，這早在宋代的一些文人筆記中就有論述。有著“青瓷之首，汝窯為魁”之稱的汝窯藝壓群芳，脫穎而出，成為皇室專用貢品。宋、元、明、清以來，汝瓷都被視若珍寶、與商彝周鼎比貴，被稱之為“縱有家財萬貫，不如汝瓷一片”！

Ru porcelain, first fired in the middle of Tang Dynasty and famous in the Northern Song Dynasty, ranks first among the "five famous porcelains" of Song Dynasty. It was named for its production in Ruzhou city. It has formed a prosperous scene of "hundred Li scenery on both sides of Ruhe River, and fires connecting the sky everywhere", which occupies a significant position in the history of Chinese ceramics.
汝州北靠嵩山，南依伏牛山，南北山連綿起伏向中部延伸，形成了丘陵和河川相間的地貌。全市已探明礦產資源共有42種。主要礦種有：煤、鋁土、銅、鉛、鋅、金、水泥灰巖、鐵、大理石、白云巖、高嶺土、葉蠟石、礦泉水、玄武巖、梅花玉、磷礦石等。其中煤炭尤其豐富，素有“百里煤海”之稱[5]。汝州市礦產資源形成了煤－鋁－灰巖廣泛分布，陶瓷原料－地熱－石墨區域集中，其它有色、稀有金屬等礦產零星產出的資源分布格局。陶瓷原料礦產葉臘石、長石相對集中，分別位于陵頭、溫泉兩鄉鎮。汝州盛產高嶺土、瑪瑙、黏土等制瓷原料，為汝瓷燒制技藝的產生、發展、成熟和繁榮提供了得天獨厚的自然條件。
Ruzhou is adjacent to Songshan Mountain in the north and Funiu Mountain in the south. The mountains in the north and South extend to the middle, forming a landform of hills and rivers. Pyrophyllite and feldspar are relatively concentrated in two towns of Lingtou and Wenquan. Ruzhou is rich in kaolin, agate, clay and other raw materials for the production, development, maturity and prosperity of Ru porcelain firing technology.
