此枚北洋造庫(kù)平七錢二分，銀幣正面中央珠圈內(nèi)鐫滿漢文“光緒元寶”四個(gè)字，珠圈外上端鐫漢文“北洋造”，下端鐫漢文幣值“庫(kù)平七錢二分”，左右兩端各鐫一個(gè)圓點(diǎn)。銀幣背面中央鐫蟠龍圖，上環(huán)鐫英文“光緒29年”，下鐫英文“北洋”，左右兩端，稍下側(cè)各鐫一個(gè)圓點(diǎn)。制地精良，形制規(guī)整，包漿自然，具有極高的藝術(shù)收藏意義。
