青白釉瓷碟

青白釉，瓷器的一種，俗稱影青釉，是一種釉色介于青白二者之間的瓷器，是北宋年間由景德鎮當地工匠制作的。元代著名的青白釉有青白釉雞頭壺，明代著名的青白釉有青白釉蓮花口燈盞，清代著名的青白釉是乾隆年間的青白釉纏枝蓮大罐。成色原理是以含鐵量很低的氧化鐵為著色元素，青白瓷是漢族傳統制瓷工藝中的珍品，宋代以景德鎮為代表創燒的一種瓷器。

元代景德鎮窯影青瓷粗者較多，很少有北宋末南宋初那樣的精細物.然樞府瓷、青花、釉里紅是元代的獨創，名貴而稀少。珍貴瓷器出土還是以江西為多。

由宋迄元，青白瓷盛燒不衰，青白瓷系窯場多分布在南方幾省，主要有江西浮梁景德鎮窯、南豐白舍窯、吉安永和窯，湖北江夏的湖泗窯，廣東潮安窯，福建德化窯、泉州碗窯鄉窯、同安窯、南安窯等。

在造型方面，南宋前期與北宋相似，主要有斗簽碗、平底碟、弧壁淺盤等南宋中晚期碗演變為撇口弧壁形。在裝飾手法方面，南宋早期多為刻花、劃花，內容以牡丹、荷花等花卉為主，也有嬰戲晚期印花很多，圖案層次較多，構圖繁縟，除花卉、水波游魚外，還出現了人物故事題材。

在元代前期，景德鎮窯仍以青白瓷為主，但工藝質量有所下降。到元代后期，受燒成范圍狹窄、熱穩定性差、廢品率高等自身缺陷的影響，同時樞府瓷和青花瓷的大量出現，又有極好的市場，所以價值極高！
