北洋造光緒元寶庫(kù)平一兩銀幣，是北洋造光緒元寶中第一種鐫有干支紀(jì)年的銀幣。乃至今遺存極罕的一枚原光精鑄銀幣，十分難得。其文字鼓凸，筆劃滾圓深竣，邊齒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，圈齒凸起，顆粒清晰，龍鱗紋粒粒無(wú)虛無(wú)粘，地章平整，光滑如板。

此枚錢面：珠圈內(nèi)滿漢文“光緒銀元”，上環(huán)“北洋造”， 下環(huán)“庫(kù)平一兩” “光緒元寶”四個(gè)字，字體俊秀。 [光]字最后一筆豎彎勾，做了一個(gè)鳥(niǎo)的造型，鳥(niǎo)嘴緊連[光]字一瞥。光緒的[緒]字中間那一瞥，仿佛刀柄，一刀刺進(jìn)了[緒]字的心臟。[元]字，錘擊鳥(niǎo)眼，有吸干大清元?dú)庵狻?[寶]字的寶蓋上面一點(diǎn)，探出寶蓋下方，字體寫(xiě)的柔弱飄逸。錢背：正中蟠龍圖，左右各一六點(diǎn)花星。蟠龍為長(zhǎng)須龍，眼神靈異炯炯有神;龍鱗雕刻細(xì)密有致，騰云駕霧，身姿遒勁有力;龍爪張揚(yáng)，神武有力;龍身盤(pán)踞太陽(yáng)，盡展皇家威嚴(yán)大氣。此蟠龍圖 是中國(guó)所有龍洋圖案銀元(包括國(guó)外發(fā)行的所有銀幣)中，工藝最精湛，雕工最完美，浮雕感最強(qiáng)烈的品種，鏡面平整光滑，紋飾的相慣線，顯得非常清晰。
