大國(guó)工匠《龍鳳寶璽》青玉版選用天然和田玉整玉整雕而成。璽紐采用鑲嵌鏨刻工藝，通體純手工打造而成。璽紐采用玉璜的造型，是古代玉六器之一，厚重高貴。兩端層層波浪的好似玉如意，象征著吉祥如意的美好寓意。鑲嵌金雞造型，神態(tài)祥和，體態(tài)生動(dòng)，雕刻逼真。整體布局勻稱(chēng)，寶璽上方嵌有紅玉，好似金雞的雞冠，寓意“鴻運(yùn)當(dāng)頭”。璽底由天然和田玉打造而成，四面圖案分別刻有大國(guó)工匠及人名章、工美集團(tuán)logo工美玉器、龍鳳呈祥和金雞報(bào)曉字樣。既突出了寶璽的特點(diǎn)，又點(diǎn)出了香港回歸20周年的時(shí)代記憶，兼具極大收藏價(jià)值與觀(guān)賞價(jià)值。
The sapphire version of dragon and Phoenix seal, a craftsman from a large country, is made of natural Hetian jade. The seal button is inlaid and carved by hand. Xinu is one of the six ancient jade wares, which is heavy and noble. The waves at both ends are like jade Ruyi, which symbolizes the good meaning of auspiciousness and Ruyi. It is inlaid with golden chicken, with peaceful look, vivid body and vivid carving. The overall layout is well proportioned.
