此湖南省造雙旗幣，錢幣正面中央左為星旗、右為五色旗，兩面國旗上系結(jié)帶相互交叉，外緣上鑄“湖南省造”四字，左右分列花枝；錢幣背面中央為稻穗組成的嘉禾紋禾穗，紋飾別致，邊緣環(huán)英文。該錢幣保存較為完好。此枚錢幣做工精美，錢文明晰，包漿極為濃厚，品相較佳。雙旗幣產(chǎn)生在混亂不安、煙火紛飛的民國時(shí)期，經(jīng)過戰(zhàn)火的摧殘，能完整地保留下來的已為數(shù)不多，很是稀少，彌足珍貴，具有很高的文物收藏價(jià)值、歷史文化價(jià)值以及藝術(shù)品鑒價(jià)值。
