民國(guó)三年版正面為袁世凱側(cè)面像，上列“中華民國(guó)三年”。“年”字后沒(méi)有“造”字，其他年版都在“年”字后面有一“造”字。三年版“民”字中有一“點(diǎn)”，而其他年版民字無(wú)“點(diǎn)”。錢(qián)幣形制規(guī)整，十分精致美觀。

此枚光緒元寶云南省造庫(kù)平七錢(qián)二分，藏品正面鑄有銘文，頂部鑄楷體“云南省造”四字，底部鑄貨幣價(jià)值“庫(kù)平七錢(qián)二分”，中心直讀“光緒元寶”四字，幣中心為滿文“光緒元寶”，外圈兩側(cè)各有一朵四角花紋裝飾;背面正中為蟠龍圖，上下邊緣環(huán)繞英文，左右各一花星。神龍眼神靈異炯炯有神，龍鱗雕刻細(xì)密有致，騰云駕霧，身姿遒勁有力、龍爪張揚(yáng)，盡展皇家威嚴(yán)大氣，具有極高的觀賞價(jià)值。
