山東女畫家常露，繪畫世家，受父親影響，五歲喜歡畫畫，九歲和父親學習工筆畫，先后拜了幾位當地名師，學習楊柳青年畫及擦筆年畫的技巧。89年畢業于開封師院，多年來酷愛油畫、工筆畫和寫意畫。2012年至2015年在清華大學油畫系研究生班深造。現為:山東東方書畫院副院長，聯合國美術家協會會員，國際油畫家協會會員，國際藝術研究院終身顧問，中國油畫家協會會員，世界名人藝術家協會副主席，中國國際經典書畫分院客座教授，現在為法國美協會員。

Chang Lu, an award-winning painter, was born in a family of paintings in Shandong, China. Her interest in art blossomed since she was a child. Under the guidance of her father, Chang Lu started painting religiously, and at the age of nine, she began painting professionally.
Chang Lu continued to refine her techniques for brush painting and young willow painting throughout her adolescents while developing her unique style. She continued to polish up on her techniques for the next decades studying under many renowned artists revered by the art communities. Later, she graduated from Kaifeng Normal University in 1989 with full mastery of oil painting, meticulous painting and freehand painting. From 2012 to 2015, She attended and graduated from the Graduate School of Oil Painting at Tsinghua University.
Now: ChangLu serves as the Associate Dean of Shandong Oriental Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Member of China Oil Painters Association, and Professor of China International Classic Painting and Calligraphy Branch. In addition to her contribution to China's art associations, she also contributes internationally. She's currently a member of the French American Association. Member of United Nations Artists Association, Member of International Oil Painters Association, Lifelong Consultant of International Art Institute, Vice Chairman of World Celebrity Artists Association,
For more than two decades years, she studied numerous Chinese and Western paintings: classical and modern oil paintings; and accumulated rich experience in art. In the year 2016, Chang Lu moved to Vancouver, Canada and founded the Multi-Element Art Research Institute.
During her painting career, her works have been exhibited and won awards both domestically and internationally.
In 2005, she was awarded the second place prize in the "First Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition" sponsored by Hangzhou Xi Lengshe Society.
In 2006, She won the second place prize in "Tianjin Art Fair".
In 2007, she won a gold medal in the "Celebrity Painting Live Competition" at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing and became a national celebrity figure.
In 2008 (Huilian Cup), an expert review report concured by the organizing committee of China's most influential artists, Changlu was awarded the "Top Ten Most Promising Young Artists in Contemporary China;
September 2015, The French President Of the United States, Michel Kim, presented Changlu with an award of special recognization at the Great Hall of the People.
In 2017, multiple of her artwork won an award at the Louvre Museum in France: the painting <four beautiful="" women="">, <morning makeup=""> (2009) were both award-winning and displayed. <the shepherd=""> (2010) and the <work girl=""> ( 2011) both received a special award at the Louvre in France.</work></the></morning></four>
