此枚開國(guó)紀(jì)念雙旗幣，正面圖案為兩株稻穗組成的嘉禾紋，寓意豐民足歲；中央豎寫“十文”二字，背面中央為左十八星，右五色旗所組成的兩面交叉國(guó)旗圖案，上環(huán)為“中華民國(guó)”四字，下環(huán)鑄“開國(guó)紀(jì)念幣”。此枚錢幣保存好，包漿渾厚，流通使用痕跡明顯，錢幣上面的圖文至今仍然清晰可見，乃當(dāng)時(shí)造幣量較少的一種品種，極具收藏價(jià)值。
