女，1937年9月生于天津市，1961年畢業(yè)于天津美術(shù)學(xué)院。師承李鶴籌、張其翼、溥佐、蕭朗、孫其峰先生，歷任天津市輕工產(chǎn)品美術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司、保定市人民印刷廠、河北 新華印刷二廠、石家莊市人民印刷廠美術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)，河北美術(shù)出版社編輯、編審。六十年代曾為 飛鴿牌自行車、牡丹牌縫紉機(jī)作貼花設(shè)計(jì)。現(xiàn)為國(guó)家一級(jí)美術(shù)師、中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國(guó)書籍裝幀藝術(shù)研究會(huì)會(huì)員，擅長(zhǎng)美術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)和花鳥畫；
Female, born in September 1937 in Tianjin, graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1961. Mr. Li Hechi, Zhang Qiyi, Puzo, Xiao Lang and Sun Qifeng were successive members of Tianjin Light Industrial Products Art Design Company, Baoding People's Printing Factory, Hebei Xinhua Printing Factory, Shijiazhuang People's Printing Factory and Hebei Art Publishing House. In the 1960s, he designed decals for Flying Pigeon Bicycle and Peony Sewing Machine. Now he is a national first-class artist, a member of China Artists Association and a member of China Book Binding Art Research Association. He is good at art design and flower and bird painting.

福建省云霄縣馬鋪鄉(xiāng)烏螺村人。1929年5月出身于一個(gè)貧苦農(nóng)民家庭，1948年3月參加革命，為閩南游擊隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)士，參加了閩南游擊根據(jù)地的反“清剿”游擊戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。1949年初編入閩粵贛邊區(qū)縱隊(duì)，任第十九團(tuán)一營(yíng)司號(hào)員。1949年7月，中國(guó)人民解放軍主力部隊(duì)南下組織廈漳戰(zhàn)役。同年7月29日，何清泉隨部前往漳州林下與主力部隊(duì)會(huì)合時(shí)，因聯(lián)絡(luò)號(hào)音不同發(fā)生誤會(huì)，不幸犧牲。

He was a guerrilla fighter in southern Fujian and participated in the anti- "Qing and suppression" guerrilla war in the guerrilla base areas of southern Fujian. In early 1949, he was incorporated into the Fujian-Guangdong-Jiangxi Border Region Column and served as the number officer of the 1st Battalion of the 19th Regiment. In July 1949, the main forces of the Chinese People's Liberation Army went south to organize the Xiamen-Zhangzhou Campaign. On July 29, the same year, He Qingquan accompanied his troops to Zhangzhou Linxia to meet with the main forces. Unfortunately, misunderstandings occurred due to different contact numbers and sacrifices were made.
