《建軍徽寶》玉璽由當代中國工藝美術(shù)大師，北京工藝美術(shù)特級大師，“燕京八絕”傳承人之一，參與創(chuàng)作2008年奧運玉璽，參與創(chuàng)作2010年世博玉璽，的國寶級玉雕大師袁廣如親自操刀，以博物館從未展示的雍正御筆之寶為原型打造，精選上等國玉和田玉為載體，采用高浮雕、淺浮雕相結(jié)合的鏤空技藝精雕細琢。
