藏品介紹：貴州龍生活在距今2.2億年－2.3億年的三迭紀(jì)中期，是半海生古爬行類動物。屬貴州龍科，貴州龍屬。根據(jù)其個體一般為20厘米左右，頭骨較小，呈三角形。眼眶大而圓，吻部小而尖，牙齒尖而圓;頸部細(xì)長，頸椎的椎體后部寬于前部;背椎比頸椎粗壯，肋骨末端稍尖，四肢尚原始，沒有近化為鰭腳等獨(dú)特特征，命名為新屬--貴州龍屬。為紀(jì)念胡承志的發(fā)現(xiàn)，繼又命名為新種"胡氏貴州龍"。貴州龍有著重要的科學(xué)研究和文物價值，主要分布于我省（云南）曲靖市富源、羅平兩縣與貴州省興義市交接的地方。

Guizhou Dragon lived in the middle Triassic period from 220 million to 230 million years ago. It is a semi-marine paleoreptile. It belongs to Guizhou Dragonaceae and Guizhou Dragonaceae. According to the individual, the skull is small and triangular, generally about 20 centimeters. The orbits are big and round, the snout is small and sharp, the teeth are pointed and round; the neck is slender, the back of the cervical vertebra is wider than the front; the back vertebra is thicker than the cervical vertebra, the rib end is slightly pointed, the limbs are primitive, not nearly turned into fin feet and other unique characteristics, named Guizhou Dragon genus.
