光緒元寶是清朝光緒年間流通的貨幣之一。由湖北兩廣總督張之洞率先引進(jìn)英國(guó)鑄幣機(jī)器鑄造銀元和銅元，之后各省紛紛仿效。共有十九個(gè)省局鑄造，除中央戶(hù)部，地方省所鑄錢(qián)幣，皆在其正面上緣鐫寫(xiě)省名。作為大清光緒年流通大面值貨幣之首，光緒元寶是我國(guó)首批引進(jìn)海外技術(shù)鑄行流通的貨幣，對(duì)于現(xiàn)今也蘊(yùn)藏了一定歷史意義，故而吸引了諸多藏家的目光，價(jià)值不菲。

Guangxu yuan bao was one of the currency circulated during the guangxu period of the qing dynasty.Zhang zhidong, governor of hubei province, guangdong province, was the first to introduce the British coinage machine to cast silver and copper yuan, which was followed by other provinces.A total of 19 provincial bureau casting, in addition to the central ministry of household, the local province COINS, all engraved on the edge of the front of the province name.As the first large denomination currency in the guangxu dynasty of the qing dynasty, guangxu yuanbao was the first currency in China to introduce overseas technology into circulation.

此吉林省造光緒元寶庫(kù)平三錢(qián)六分，直徑約為3.3厘米、重量約為13克，為機(jī)制銀幣，其沖壓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，深峻清晰，地章平滑，字口挺拔，品相精致，符合當(dāng)時(shí)的鑄幣風(fēng)格。此銀幣正面中央珠圈內(nèi)直讀漢文“光緒元寶”四字，幣心為一盆萬(wàn)年青圖案(亦稱(chēng)花籃圖);珠圈外上端鐫“吉林省造”四字，下端鐫漢字幣值“庫(kù)平三錢(qián)六分”，左右均有十字星花分列。銀幣背面中央鐫蟠龍圖，紋理細(xì)膩，猶如刀刻，鑄造工藝神乎其技，且龍身紋路精美，并有云海襯托，仿若神龍翱翔天際，極其壯闊，動(dòng)人心魄;外圍上端鐫英文“KIRIN·PROVINCE”，下端鐫英文幣值“3·CANDARINS·6”，左右兩側(cè)各分列滿文和一個(gè)四花星，極具藝術(shù)觀賞價(jià)值。整幣形制規(guī)整，錢(qián)文清晰，端莊工整，工藝精美，線條流暢，包漿渾厚，是一枚價(jià)值非常珍貴的精品錢(qián)幣，值得收藏。
