黑龍江省造光緒元寶庫(kù)平一兩銀幣系黑龍江造幣廠于光緒二十六年(1900)鑄造。銀幣正面中央珠圈內(nèi)鐫滿(mǎn)漢文“光緒元寶”四字，圈外上端鐫“黑龍江省造”，下端鐫幣重“庫(kù)平一兩”，左右兩側(cè)分鐫一個(gè)長(zhǎng)六花星。銀幣背面中央鐫一個(gè)坐龍，上端鐫英文“黑龍江省造”，下端鐫英文幣重“庫(kù)平七一兩”，左右兩側(cè)分別鐫一個(gè)太陽(yáng)花星。此枚銀幣字跡深刻鐫秀，龍紋雕刻精美。包漿渾厚老道，沁色自然，充滿(mǎn)歲月之痕跡與濃濃的歷史沉淀感，收藏價(jià)值極高，對(duì)研究清代黑龍江銀幣更加具有不可估量的意義。
Heilongjiang Mint minted one or two silver coins in Guangxu Yuan Treasury in 1900. On the front of the silver coin, the four characters of "Guangxu Yuanbao" in Chinese are inscribed in the central Pearl circle. On the outside, the upper part is inscribed "Made in Heilongjiang Province", while the lower part is inscribed "Kuping one or two", with a six-flower star on both sides. On the back of the silver coin, there is a dragon sitting in the center, with the top English "Made in Heilongjiang Province", and the bottom English coin weighing "Kuping 712", with a sunflower star on both sides. This silver coin has profound handwriting and exquisite dragon carvings. It is full of the traces of the years and the strong sense of historical precipitation. Its collection value is very high. It is of immeasurable significance to the study of Heilongjiang silver coins in the Qing Dynasty.

光緒元寶是清朝光緒年間流通的貨幣之一。由湖北兩廣總督張之洞率先引進(jìn)英國(guó)鑄幣機(jī)器鑄造銀元和銅元，之后各省紛紛仿效。共有十九個(gè)省局鑄造，除中央戶(hù)部，地方省所鑄銅元，皆在其正面上緣鐫寫(xiě)省名。
Guangxu Yuanbao was one of the currencies circulated during the period of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty. Zhang Zhidong, governor of Guangdong and Guangdong provinces in Hubei, took the lead in introducing British coin machines to mint silver and copper yuan, which were followed by other provinces. There are nineteen provincial bureaus casting. Except for the central household department, the copper coins cast by local provinces are all inscribed on the upper margin of their fronts.
袁世凱接受帝位后，開(kāi)始大肆封官賜爵，改總統(tǒng)府為新華宮，準(zhǔn)備于1916年元旦正式登基。袁世凱的倒行逆施激起了全國(guó)人民公憤。一時(shí)間反帝制運(yùn)動(dòng)席卷全國(guó)。1915年12月25日，唐繼堯、蔡鍔、李烈鈞在云南宣布獨(dú)立，討伐袁世凱背叛共和，護(hù)國(guó)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)。袁世凱稱(chēng)帝的丑行使得北洋統(tǒng)治集團(tuán)分崩離析，西方列強(qiáng)也表達(dá)了反對(duì)袁世凱稱(chēng)帝的立場(chǎng)。袁世凱眾叛親離，內(nèi)外交困，被迫在一片反對(duì)聲中，于1916年3月22日宣布取消帝制，共做了83天沒(méi)有正式登基的皇帝夢(mèng)，于兩個(gè)多月后的1916年6月6日病死。洪憲飛龍銀幣即停止鑄制發(fā)行。
After accepting the throne, Yuan Shikai began to confer ranks on officials. He changed the presidential palace to the Xinhua Palace and was ready to officially ascend the throne on New Year's Day in 1916. Yuan Shikai's retrograde actions aroused the public indignation of the whole nation. For a time, the anti-imperialist movement swept across the country. On December 25, 1915, Tang Jiyao, Cai E and Li Lijun declared their independence in Yunnan Province, and attacked Yuan Shikai's betrayal of the Republican Party, resulting in the outbreak of the War of Protecting the Nation. The ugliness of Yuan Shikai's claim of emperor led to the collapse of the Northern Ocean ruling group. Western powers also expressed their opposition to Yuan Shikai's claim of emperor. Yuan Shikai, who had betrayed his relatives and left his family, was forced to face a lot of opposition. On March 22, 1916, he announced the abolition of the monarchy. He had a dream of emperor that he had not officially ascended the throne for 83 days. He died of illness on June 6, 1916, more than two months later. Hong Xian's Feilong Silver coin ceased to be minted and issued.
