這枚“湖南省造雙旗幣當(dāng)制錢二十文“，為民國(guó)時(shí)期的機(jī)鑄錢幣。這雙旗幣正面圖案由內(nèi)圈和外圈兩部分文字和圖案組成，外圈左右兩端以長(zhǎng)枝花飾之，上下則清楚地寫著幾個(gè)楷體字：“湖南省造”和“當(dāng)制錢二十文”，內(nèi)圈為民國(guó)時(shí)期著名的五色旗與鐵血十八星旗交叉著的雙旗圖案，足以向世人說(shuō)明出它的出產(chǎn)年代；錢背也由外圈和內(nèi)圈兩部分文字和圖案組成，外圈上方環(huán)有英文“THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA”（即中華民國(guó)），下方的英文為“TWENTY CASH”，內(nèi)圈則裝飾有稻穗組成的嘉禾紋，枝葉繁茂，畫面和諧。

The front of the two flag coins is composed of two parts of characters and patterns: the inner circle and the outer circle. The left and right ends of the outer circle are decorated with long branches. The inner circle is a double flag pattern intersecting the famous five-color flag and the Eighteen Star Banner of Iron Blood in the period of the Republic of China.
